We believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency in all our dealings. We create a unique plan to address each client's needs, craft a design and implement a solution. Most of all, we work with the client to provide exceptional service after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction above all.
Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about AV, with over 20 years of AV experience in commercial AV, providing systems for different venues, from large scale stadiums to small recording studios. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible experience. Our team works together to ensure that our customers' needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.

James Braddy, CTS-I
Owner and Integration Engineer
James founded Javelin AV with the vision of delivering a better product for the clients that he serves. Striving to best serve those around him, James has established himself as a pillar in his community, helping countless venues, houses of worship, and other clients get the solutions that they need.
James is a Degree'd Electrical Engineer and holds many factory certifications such as AVIXIA CTS-I, BiAmp Tesira, Atlona Velocity, Kramer AVoIP and Control among others. He is committed to furthering his knowledge in staying up to date with emerging technology, offering the latest products and solutions for our clients.
Jared Lopez
Solutions Engineer
Jared has been with Javelin AV from the beginning, and in the AV industry for over 9 Years. As Solutions Engineer of Javelin AV, he strives to assist clients in designing custom solutions to fit the needs of each venue. His diverse experience with presentation software, audio, and livestreaming in houses of worship allows him to provide comprehensive advice, designs and training for all clients.
Jared specializes in customer support, computer programing, Information Technology Systems, and system commissioning. Fluent in both Microsoft and Apple based systems along with being fluent in Spanish, he is able to help almost every client with any need.
Jamie Weatherly, CTS
Lead Installer
Jamie has a passion for audio and transforming spaces with leading edge AV systems. He pushes his team to exceed expectations, completing projects ahead of schedule with exceptional fit and finish due to his meticulous attention to detail.
As Lead Installer at Javelin AV, Jamie specializes in system installations, system optimization, safety and technical troubleshooting. He brings very wide and extensive experience in the trades and mechanical knowledge. He holds several industry certifications, including CTS, OSHA General, OSHA Rigging and Yealink Pro Audio Technician.
